CONSUMER RIGHTS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
GENERAL
If you place an order electronically through the website you are currently using, you shall be deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014 / 29188), as well as other applicable legislation, regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
Shipping costs, if any, shall be borne by the Buyer.
Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the Buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the Buyer may terminate the contract.
The purchased product must be delivered complete, in compliance with the specifications stated in the order, and together with any documents such as warranty certificates and user manuals, if applicable.
If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the Seller is obliged to notify the Buyer in writing within 3 days from the date it becomes aware of this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID
If the Buyer fails to pay the price of the purchased product or cancels the payment in bank records, the Seller’s obligation to deliver the product shall cease.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD
If, after the delivery of the product, it is determined that the credit card used by the Buyer has been unlawfully used by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer is obliged to return the product subject to the contract to the Seller within 3 days, with the shipping costs borne by the Seller.
FAILURE TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEABLE CIRCUMSTANCES
If force majeure events beyond the Seller’s control occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the Buyer shall be informed. The Buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed.
If the Buyer cancels the order and the payment was made in cash, the amount shall be refunded in cash within 14 days from the date of cancellation. If the payment was made by credit card, the product price shall be refunded to the bank within 14 days; however, it may take 2–3 weeks for the bank to transfer the amount to the Buyer’s account.
BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT
The Buyer shall inspect the goods/services before accepting delivery and shall not accept damaged or defective goods/services such as dented, broken, or torn packaging from the cargo company. Once accepted, the goods/services shall be deemed to have been delivered intact and in good condition.
The Buyer is obliged to carefully protect the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned together with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to the Buyer or to the person/organization at the address indicated, without assuming any legal or penal liability and without providing any justification, by notifying the Seller via the contact details below.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If the purchased item is a service, the 14-day period starts from the date of signing the contract. In service contracts where performance has begun with the consumer’s approval before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
Costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the Seller.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be sent to the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days via registered mail, fax, or email, and the product must not have been used in accordance with the provisions of “Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised” set out in this contract.
EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The invoice of the product delivered to the Buyer or a third party must be returned.
(If the invoice for the returned product is issued to a legal entity, the return must be accompanied by a return invoice issued by that entity. Returns of orders invoiced to corporate entities cannot be completed without a return invoice.)
The return form, the box, packaging, and any standard accessories of the returned products must be delivered complete and undamaged.
REFUND CONDITIONS

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the Buyer defaults when making payment by credit card, the Buyer agrees, declares, and undertakes that they shall pay interest in accordance with the credit card agreement with the issuing bank and shall be liable to the bank. In such cases, the bank may initiate legal proceedings and claim any resulting costs and attorney fees from the Buyer. In any case, if the Buyer defaults due to delayed payment of the debt, the Buyer agrees to compensate the Seller for any losses and damages incurred.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Payment may be made via bank transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to our QNB Bank accounts (TRY, EUR, USD).
Through our website, you may make online single payments or installment payments using all major credit cards. For online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the completion of the order.
