DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES
This Agreement is concluded electronically between the parties listed below under the terms and conditions set forth herein.
“BUYER” (hereinafter referred to as the “BUYER”)
Within the scope of this Agreement, the BUYER is a real or legal person who places an order electronically through the SELLER’s website, based on the name–surname / trade name, address, email address, and other contact information declared by the BUYER at the time of ordering.
The information belonging to the BUYER consists of the information declared by the user during the order process, and the BUYER is solely responsible for the accuracy of such information.
“SELLER” (hereinafter referred to as the “SELLER”)

By accepting this Agreement, the BUYER acknowledges and agrees in advance that, upon confirming the order subject to this Agreement, the BUYER shall be obliged to pay the order amount and any applicable taxes, service fees, or similar additional charges.
2. DEFINITIONS
MINISTRY: The Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye
LAW: Consumer Protection Law No. 6502
REGULATION: Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette dated 27.11.2014 / No. 29188)
SERVICE: Tourism, organization, event, experience, and similar services provided in return for a fee or benefit
SELLER: The company providing services within the scope of its commercial activities
BUYER: A real or legal person acquiring a service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes
WEBSITE: The website owned by the SELLER
AGREEMENT: This Distance Sales Agreement
3. SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the service ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER’s website.

5. BUYER INFORMATION
The BUYER’s name / surname or trade name, delivery and/or billing address, telephone number, and email address consist of the information declared by the BUYER through the SELLER’s website at the time of placing the order. These details constitute the basis for invoicing and contractual records.
6. ORDERING PERSON INFORMATION
If the person placing the order is different from the BUYER, the ordering person shall be responsible for the accuracy of the information declared during the order process.
7. SERVICE SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT
The type, scope, content, duration, and price of the service are published on the SELLER’s website.
The total sales price of the service, including all applicable taxes, is displayed on the order screen.
The payment method and plan are determined according to the selected service.
8. INVOICE INFORMATION
The invoice is issued based on the information declared by the BUYER during the order process and is delivered to the BUYER electronically.
9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
9.1. The BUYER acknowledges that they have been duly informed about the essential characteristics of the service, the sales price, and the payment conditions.
9.2. The SELLER is obliged to provide the service in accordance with the conditions announced.
9.3. In cases of force majeure, the SELLER shall inform the BUYER and refund the payment in accordance with applicable legislation.
9.4. The BUYER declares, represents, and undertakes that the information provided during the order process is accurate, complete, and up to date.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In distance contracts related to service provision, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the performance of the service has started with the BUYER’s approval before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
By accepting this Agreement, the BUYER acknowledges that they have been informed about the right of withdrawal.
11. SERVICES FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services such as tours, events, organizations, and experiences that are to be performed on a specific date or during a specific period.
12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the BUYER fails to fulfill payment obligations, the BUYER shall be responsible for any legal and financial consequences arising therefrom.
13. COMPETENT AUTHORITY AND COURT
In disputes arising from this Agreement, consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts located at the BUYER’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
The applicable monetary limits are as follows, effective as of 28/05/2014:
a) District Consumer Arbitration Committees for disputes with a value below TRY 2,000.00
b) Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees for disputes with a value below TRY 3,000.00
c) In metropolitan cities, Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees for disputes with a value between TRY 2,000.00 and TRY 3,000.00
14. EFFECTIVE DATE
By completing the payment for the order placed through the Website, the BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
